“少数民族”常见的英语表达是 ethnic minorities 或 minority ethnic groups。
ethnic minorities：这是最常用、最直接的翻译，“ethnic” 表示“种族的、民族的”，“minority” 表示“少数、少数群体”，合起来就是“少数民族”。
minority ethnic groups：意思与“ethnic minorities”相近，也是指人数较少的民族群体。
